We stored the Riesling Rýnsky harvested in 2017 in new DOREAU barrique barrels, volume 225 liters, burning intensity M, French oak, in May 2018. The wine was in barrique barrels for 1 year, racked and bottled in May 2019. Bottle closure: natural whole cork stopper

Aging in barrels has pleasantly smoothed the wine and accentuated the subtle aftertaste of vanilla, licorice, and oak wood.

We recommend serving with meat dishes full of flavors, smoked fish, we recommend decanting before serving.

The vine from which the wine is made grows on the medium stony, loamy-sandy soil of the Southeastern slope of the Little Carpathians from the Dolný Korenec range and bears the DSC protected designation of origin.
