We are moving towards organic farming
We cultivate our vineyards in a sustainable way. We do not use herbicides, we minimize spraying with commercial fungicides. We cultivate the trunk belt with a swing section and we sow a mixture of beneficial herbs in the inter-rows. Clovers support the retention of nitrogen in the soil and nodule-forming bacteria increase its absorbability by the vine. In the interrow you can also find primrose, phlox, mustard, fescue, buckwheat and others.
