Elderberry

We cold-press hand-picked elderflowers and blend them into our Muller Thurgau wine. The fine bubbles add freshness, the elderflower extract develops the wine's natural floral aroma, and childhood memories of homemade elderberry syrup come to mind. That's what our Elderflower is like. We recommend serving it with ice.
