When producing the slightly greenish Müller Thurgau wine with cabinet quality, we took care to maintain high hygiene standards. This Müller has therefore earned the VEGAN certificate. The technique of clarifying the must with green pea protein ensured that the wine retained not only its delicate floral aroma, but also its typical light taste with refreshing acidity, highlighted by notes of white flowers and mirabelle plums.
The vine from which the wine is made grows on the medium stony, loamy-sandy soil of the Southeastern slope of the Little Carpathians from the Dolné Ohňavy range and bears the DSC protected designation of origin.
We recommend serving it with fish dishes and salads at a temperature of 10 - 12 °C.
