We cultivate our vineyards in a sustainable way. We do not use herbicides, we minimize spraying with commercial fungicides. We cultivate the trunk belt with a swing section and we sow a mixture of beneficial herbs in the inter-rows. Clovers support the retention of nitrogen in the soil and nodule-forming bacteria increase its absorbability by the vine.

In the interrow you can also find primrose, phlox, mustard, fescue, buckwheat and others. Green interrows protect against erosion, increase the water retention capacity of the landscape and the ability to retain rainwater. Flowering plants attract bees and other beneficial insects, earthworms.

We sow the inter-rows of vineyards in the spring and in the summer they are full of life. After harvesting, we plow the inter-rows and use them as green manure. The soil thus cultivated is full of beneficial humus and nutrients, ready for the next year...
